The following services are available:

10-15 minute Evaluation $000.  Together we will walk your home and evaluate the services necessary for a beautifully staged home. I will also advise on staging day preparations which could include updating, painting and major or minor home repairs.

1-1.5 hour Verbal Staging Consultation $250. Together we will walk your home and compile an extensive, prioritized list of things you can do to stage your home at your own pace. This may work well for the Do-It-Yourself homeowner with time and energy.

Hands-On Staging Day $475 - $650.  A full day as necessary of professional hands on staging consultation and services. This includes furniture re-arrangement, focal point enhancement, de-clutter and de-personalizing. 

Spruce Up for Open House $150.  Touch ups for the big day. Sometimes new circumstances require a re-visit just before a big event. Lets do a quick touch-up together and get that model home feel back. Previous Verbal Staging or Hands on Staging required.

Kitchen Cabinet Organization or Multiple Closet Organization $150 - $250.  All your kitchen cabinets or clothes closets decluttered and gorgeously organized with your essentials.  Prioritized per use and/or season.

All provided props, furniture, storage, accessories and incidentals are extra and pre-billed in 3 month increments.   Deposit required, final payment due upon completion of service. Client funded staging and organizing shopping trips and other services available.
